FIAlab was founded by a team of university professors and education professionals, and we continue to work closely with the academic world. We are currently involved in many projects with universities and research facilities around the globe. These programs often require specific and unique solutions. Because of this, these programs consult our team of scientists for extra help. We work on method development, product customization, instrument training, and consultation. Past projects include on-vessel seawater measurements, radiochemical purification and analysis, and instrumentation for interrogating biochemical events in live cells.

Flow Injection Analysis and Sequential Injection Analysis for Research
Sequential injection analysis was developed in 1989 at the University of Washington's Center for Process Analytical Chemistry to address limitations of traditional flow injection analysis. Over the past 35 years, it has established itself as a powerful analytical technique utilized across diverse research fields due to its mechanical simplicity, reduced reagent consumption, and high automation capabilities.
