ProSIAmpler for Sterile Sampling
The ProSIAmpler is the world’s newest and most advanced Automated On-line Sampling System. Eliminate offline pretreatment with a fully integrated online sampling and automated liquid handling system. The ProSIAmpler system pulls samples from the bioreactor, then undertakes the required pretreatment on-line before sending the treated sample to the LC-MS Instrument.
ProSIALH for Liquid Handling
The ProSIALH is a pretreatment solution that automates bioreactor peptide or glycan monitoring for the biopharmaceutical community. This technology helps reduce overheads, saves time, and cuts plastic usage. The ProSIALH does automated titer calculation and automatically adjusts the amount of sample pushed onto the purification column to match what the assay requires.

250CC
The 250CC is a cell clarification cartridge that can separate as little as 0.250mL of cell-containing bioreactor media from biotherapeutics prior to LCMS peptide maps or glycan profiles.
SIAlock + Hub
The SIAlock and Hub are used for aseptic sampling prior to LC-MS pretreatment. Maintain sterile barrier for up to 8 bioreactors per hub, with up to two hubs per system.
Peltier Heater & UV-Vis Detection Module
Unlock a greater process analytical technology (PAT) potential with the Peltier Heater and UV-Vis Detection module. Configure wavelengths from 255-980 nm, customize detection, plus heat and cool samples dynamically in one space for ultimate sample handling capabilities.
