The FIAlyzer 2000 to 8000 series are multi-channel analyzers for simultaneous determination of multiple parameters. These instruments can have up to 8 channels and offer the complete automation of wet chemical assays. Analysis of parameters like nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate, chloride and many others are routinely performed with the FIAlyzer series. By running these assays simultaneously, you acheive higher throughputs while saving significant bench space.
The FIAlyzer-2000 series analyzes water, soil, plant tissue, manure samples, and food products. Depending on the assay being run, the FIAlzyer can determine parameters like nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate, and chloride. The FIAlyzer-2000 design is all about efficiency. With method lines tightly grouped and assays coreographed in FIAsoft, the instrument runs multiple assays quickly and smoothly. There is no wasted time or space. It is capable of analyzing many samples per hour, while consuming a small amount of reagent. The compact and robust design makes the systems easy to use and maintain, and takes up little bench space.
The LOV (Lab-on-Valve) platform integrates manifold components (valve, tube fittings, confluence points) within a single transparent structure. This unique technology means that the user can clearly see how the instrument works, and any cleaning or other maintenance can be performed easily. The LOV eliminates most of the tubing and connections typical for traditional flow injection manifolds.
All of the instrument's reagent lines are located on the outside of the the instrument. This allows for simple and quick replacement of necessary lines. It also allows for easy inspection of the method lines.
FIAsoft is FIAlab’s control software for flow injection analyzer setups. Released in 2014, it has met with overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers for a few key reasons:
