Accelerated FIA
FIAlab
introduces
a
new revolutionary Accelerated FIA manifold for
the
FIAlab-2500 system. Many analytes can
now be
measured at 10 seconds per sample.
Advantages (for faster reacting
assays
e.g., phosphate, nitrite, chloride) include:
10
seconds per sample throughput.
1/4th
the reagent consumption of standard FIA.
peristaltic
pump tubing lifetime extended by a factor of 2 to 4.
The manifold, mixing coils, and flowcell volume are miniaturized
without loss of required mixing and heating. This allows
increased throughput while at the same time using a much lower
pump speed.
Fast FIA is a new approach to Flow Injection Analysis, ideally
suited for the soil and agricultural laboratories with large
throughput requirements and mid to high range sample
concentrations (e.g., > 0.01 PPM, see tables, below). This
manifold can save your laboratory both money and time.
