Flow Thru Heater for
FIA

\

FTCOIL
- Flow through heater required for elevated
temperature assays such as Phosphate. Temperature control from ambient
up to 45 C. Accuracy is +/- 0.5 C. Coil is made from Teflon tubing 0.03
ID, total coil volume is 700 microliters (other sizes available).
This devise is designed to be integrated into the FIAlab system.
Note: The FTCOIL is ideal for
most heating FIA assay requirements, however for lower level ammonia
concentrations (less than ~10 ppm), it is recommended that a
heated water bath approach is used instead. Price $550.00.
FTH20 - Thermostatically Heated Waterbath, ideal for heating
coil to 80 C. Recommended for Ammonia and other higher temperature
flow thru requirements. Approximately 12"x12"x8".
Price $550.00. |

A/D - D/A Modules
 |
The LJ-U12
allows easy USB port control of up to two Alitea
peristaltic pumps simultaneously and independently. It includes
8 screw terminals for analog input signals whiche can be configured individually
as 8 single-ended channels, 4 differential channels, or combinations in between.
The LJ-U12 includes 2 screw terminals for analog output signals (AO0 & AO1).
Each analog output can be set to a voltage between 0 and the supply voltage (+5
volts nominal) with 10-bits of resolution.
Price is $175 each.

The
LS-3500 Control Module
allows easy serial port
(RS-232) ASCII control of up to two Alitea peristaltic pumps simultaneously and
independently. All the above Alitea pumps have manual ON/OFF, CW/CCW, and
speed controls on their top or front panels. Alitea pumps can also
be remotely computer controlled by TTL lines for pump direction and digital to
analog (DAC) for speed control. The LS-3500 module includes two DACs (0-5
VDC), eight TTL outputs, and two ADC (0-5 VDC) for feedback measurements if
desired. Also, each LS-3500 contains two contact closures for powering
additional moderate power consumption devices (< 1 Amp at 24 VDC).
The simple ASCII command structure allows one to easily control these pumps
through Visual Basic, VC++, Delphi, and any other platform that can communicate
ASCII strings through a serial port. The LS-3500 package includes a serial
port cable and example Visual Basic software showing the typical command
protocol.
Price is $375 each.

Digestion System
 |
The AIM600 Programmable
Digestion System
performs acid digestion of large numbers of samples under controlled
conditions. The digestion block heats samples at a controlled rate in
the presence of one or more acids to the required temperature. The
AIM600 then holds the samples at that temperature until digestion is
complete. Under these conditions, the acid breaks down the samples to
release the component elements for subsequent analysis.
