The ADM-705 Flow Through Polarimeter is specifically designed to automate the process of measuring the rotation of optically active samples.   

The ADM-705 uses a broad band light source and a USB4000 spectrometer, allowing the user to select the monitored wavelength from 450 nm to 750 nm.  The flow cell is optionally thermostatically controlled.  The sample is ordinarily stopped in the flow cell for a period of time to reach temperature prior to measurement.

Typical accuracy - 0.1 degrees

Temperature control (optional) - room temperature to 35 C (1/4 C accuracy)

Software selectable wavelength (450 to 750 nm)

Includes FIAlab for Windows software (also can be operated from custom applications using VB, VC++, Labview, HPVEE)
