FIAlab-4000 - Enclosed System for Online Applications

      FIAlab-4000 Online Processor

FIAlab-4000 performing online monitoring in a manufacturing facility

The FIAlab-4000 Process Analyzer/Sequential Injection Analysis System - Low reagent/sample consumption, waste production, and nearly hands-off robustness make SIA the perfect choice for many types of online processes.  These applications often involve remote access, auto dosing, and alarm triggering.

 Example applications include:

Monitoring of bioreactors for proteins, amino acids, ammonia, and glucose.

Industrial dye bath monitoring with automated dilutions and dosing.

Remote site, industrial, environmental and aquaculture monitoring of analytes such as chloride, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, phosphate, and fluoride.

The Lab-On-Valve is optionally available with the FIAlab-4000 system, especially where application requirements include small volumes and low maintenance.  Please visit our information page "SI Compatible Techniques", for method descriptions ideally suited for the FIAlab-4000/LOV system.

The FIAlab-4000 system, built into a NEMA 4X waterproof/chemical resistant enclosure with an embedded computer and touch screen monitor, is ideally suited for these applications.  The electrical and software interfaces can be built to customer specifications, including; out of tolerance alarms, real-time dosing capabilities, and over the internet monitoring.

Built in components typically include a UV/VIS spectrometer and/or PMT based detector, syringe pump, multiposition valve, absorbance, fluorescence, and/or conductivity and ISE flowcells, broadband light source, and heaters.

Communication ports include USB, Ethernet, serial RS-232, TTL/DAC/ADC, and optionally RS-485.

The FIAlab-4000 can be custom manufactured for OEM customers.  Please contact FIAlab for additional information on the FIAlab-4000.
