The
FIAlab-3500 system
is a versatile instrument that performs analyses in both SIA and FIA format.
With a multiposition
valve, a high resolution microsyringe pump and a 4 channel peristaltic pump,
this unit is also compatible in many other areas of process chemistry, such
as a front end fluidic process for FT-IR, Flow Cytometry, Mass Spectrometry,
and Fluorescence Microscopy.
The FIAlab-3500
system is the ideal system for developing new FIA/SIA methods and
testing new sensor technologies. This is our most flexible instrument.
The
FIAlab-3500
is operated with
FIAlab for Windows control software.
The Fialab-3500 system
includes multiple RS-232 ports, A/D data collection channels, D/A outputs,
TTL outputs, and 24 VDC relays. Peripheral compatible analytical
instruments that can interface directly with the FIAlab-3500 simply by
plugging into the back panel (plug and play) include AIM-1250 and SAMP-3000
autosamplers, CSP-3000 syringe pumps, Alitea Peristaltic Pumps, Valco
Valves, the PMT-FL Fluorometer, and others (please inquire).
FIAlab 3500 is
optionally equipped with the six-port Micro SI Lab-On-Valve manifold,
designed to miniaturize sequential injection and bead injection - all within
a single monolithic mezzo fabricated component. Integrates the
flow through injection port, working channels and flow through cell in a
strategically designed structure that allows sample elution, reagent
addition, mixing, incuhe precisely fabricated Sample Processing Unit
(SPU) ibation and reaction rate measurement to be carried out under computer
control in the forward/reversed flow/ stopped flow regime. Designed to
accommodate spectrophotometric and/or fluorescence detection.
